Dr.Angela Xavier
Dr Angela Xavier graduated medical school from Tirunelveli medical college in India. She did her internal medicine residency and chief residency at SUNY Buffalo, NY and Seton hall univerisity in New Jersey. After spending some time in Jacksonville, Florida at University of Florida as faculty, she moved to Michigan and has been here since 2006.
She enjoys caring for her adult patients and cherishes the relationships she builds with patients and their families over time. She believes in empowering her patients to make sound decisions regarding their health. She trusts that good health happens with teamwork.
She is currently Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Oakland University- William Beamont School of Medicine and loves to teach the medical Students. She also serves as a member of the Institutional Review Board of Beaumont hospital and a PRISM Mentor for the medical students.
She practices outpatient medicine and preventive care.
Dr.Sujata Putatunda
Dr. Sujata Putatunda is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine. She graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2015. She completed her residency training at Sinai-Grace hospital in Detroit in 2018. She has also worked as a hospitalist at Beaumont hospital for over 2 years.
She is committed to preventative care and is passionate about women’s health. She believes that establishing a partnership with her patients is essential in providing the utmost, individualized care. She works closely with her patients to promote health maintenance, educate them on disease prevention and management, and develop treatment plans in accordance with the latest research in medicine.
